The rate of women entering STEM fields is declining, despite increasing numbers of women in STEM education. Our VP of Engineering, Amy Heineike, had the opportunity to respond to this data with how she feels businesses can best make changes to support women entering STEM careers.
It has been estimated that 5 million people in the UK have had to visit more than one pharmacy to get prescription medicines over the past year. According to AI-powered supply chain management platform 7bridges, around 3.7 million people have been forced to leave their local area and travel as far as 10 miles to collect their medicines.
A study has found that more than 5 million people in the UK have had to visit multiple pharmacies to get their prescriptions filled, and almost one in 10 had to travel more than 10 miles outside their local area.
One of 7bridges’ earliest customers, German designer Philipp Plein has used the platform to increase customer experience and find dramatic cost savings simultaneously.
