We are delighted to announce that John Tobin has joined 7bridges as Chief People Officer. His appointment to the leadership team will enable us to execute and accelerate our high-growth recruitment plans, and ensure we continue to build an exceptional employee culture where our people thrive, professionally and personally.
John is an HR and transformation business leader with over 20 years of experience ranging from his own start-up through to a Fortune 10. Starting his career in law with LLB (Hons) from the University of Leeds, John co-founded the UK’s first search firm dedicated to hiring data analytics professionals. He then joined US-based credit scoring leader FICO where as VP, HR he led global talent acquisition and was business partner to the global go-to-market organisation. In 2015 he joined data bureau Callcredit following a PE-backed MBO as part of a leadership team which doubled the value of the business in 3 years before selling to TransUnion. Prior to joining 7bridges, John was VP Global HR at global specialty logistics leader World Courier where he implemented core HR and recruitment systems and repositioned the global HR function as a business-enabling commercial partner.

He's introduced HR and recruitment systems that will ensure our smooth transition from start-up to scale-up, and has begun to build the foundations of a compelling employer brand.
