7bridges joins the PwC Scale Consumer Markets Programme

Written by Natalia Radcliffe-Brine | 9:08 AM on December 8, 2021

This September, 7bridges was named one of six tech focused startups to participate in PWC Belgium's latest Scale Consumer Markets Programme. This 10 week engagement includes opportunities to participate in Masterclasses held by PWC experts relevant to growing tech brands, mentoring, and networking across the PWC internal teams and prominent external customers. The programme comes to a conclusion on December 14th with an executive event. Details can be found here.

Leading the relationship from 7bridges is Cory Haley, from our Enterprise Sales team.

On his experience thus far Cory said:

"It's exciting to be a part of this Scale Programme alongside other technologies on the cutting edge. The masterclasses have helped us to refine our go to market messaging and approach to tackling challenges faced by global enterprises. The mentorship we have received from the internal team at PWC is valuable beyond measure and I'm excited to present the 7bridges platform to a wide audience of engaged customers at the December 14th event. I believe this relationship will transcend well beyond the programme and we are keen to support PWC clients who are ready to turn their logistics into a source of competitive advantage"

Klaas Neven, Senior Consultant at PwC said:

"At our clients and at PwC as well, we see AI is being used increasingly to support decision making in a complex environment. Indeed, logistics has become very complex compared to some years ago as we now have to take into account the following as well: different sales channels (online/offline), carbon footprint, etc. Hence, it is becoming increasingly difficult to make the right decisions without support of AI and other tools.

Given 7bridges' experience to date in logistics, data and AI, we feel they can make a significant contribution to operational improvement in the supply chain. Their solution could lead to significant cost savings, but can also increase supply chain visibility and transparency. Being transparent and having control over your supply chain is extremely important these days from a regulatory and compliance point of view and is often one of the key stakeholder expectations."
