New research commissioned by 7bridges shows that more consumers intend to do their holiday shopping online in 2020. The new whitepaper includes many insights into the behaviours and preferences of consumers, including:
58% of 25-34 year olds look for green and/or carbon-neutral delivery options
But as Europe is deep into a 'second wave' of the COVID-19 pandemic, many retailers are vulnerable to further operational disruptions and may struggle to compete with dominant retail platforms like Amazon.
